Arrived on the job site. The customer stated that his dishwasher’s dual-function breaker was not working properly and would trip randomly. I informed him that the CH dual-function breakers are currently on recall and are known to give faulty readings and nuisance trips, so they need to be replaced. The customer had already replaced two of them previously and had a total of four remaining that needed replacement. All four breakers were showing six blinks. I provided solutions for replacing all four breakers and also recommended installing a surge protector to protect the breakers and all devices in the home that contain microchips. The customer decided to move forward with replacing only the dishwasher breaker for now and stated he will call back to proceed with the remaining work. I informed him that all labor and materials come with a five-year warranty. The customer was 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
